Yes, Alex.   I can add people and kick them off with keyboard shortcuts just as you do in windows, but it of course requires me knowing a skype name.

Alexander never got added to the public chat  when I added him yesterday.  He initially tried to join via the link (That resulted in nothing ), and  then I added him manually (that result was OK from my end (on a Mac), but he is not seeing the feed).  It has now been more than 24 hours.   

The problem appears to be 4.0, not the Mac.

The chatpublisher bot recognizes URLs for images and for youtube videos so that they are displayed directly.  Also links to mp3s are recognized so that they can be played directly.
