In a few days, I'll fine-tune these numbers, discuss the regional differences and enumerate the factors behind the projections. Clearly, one of the reasons for accelerating growth this year is the absence of rate increases. Other factors in the rosy forecast include growing broadband and wireless infrastructure, improved overall Skype quality and the availability of new Skype hardware.
